• Welcome visitors upon arrival (train station, airport, buses, etc.);
• Facilitate ceremony participation through:
  • Prayer assistance;
  • Transfer coordination;
  • Provision of logistical solution.
• Help convey the Lourdes message and signs;
• Offer appropriate assistance if required to the sanctuary master of ceremonies.
