Pilgrimage Checklist

We are so excited you will be joining us on the 7^th Annual Archdiocese of Miami Pilgrimage to Lourdes. The Hospitalité de Miami is dedicated to answering our Blessed Mother's call to bring pilgrims to her Son at the Sanctuary at Lourdes, France.

In preparation for your pilgrimage, the HdM will host two travel meetings to discuss the details of the pilgrimage. Transportation, Hotel, and Pilgrimage Agenda.

Here are the steps for the preparation to the pilgrimage,

1. Fill out the reservation form and pay the $ 200 per pilgrim deposit.
2. Once we receive your information, we will send you a welcome email with a list of documents that we request you to send us electronically by email.
3. With the copies of documents that you provided we will fill out several forms necessary for transportation, hotel, and Sanctuary. We will do the hard work for you!
4. Upon verification of your documents, you will receive links to fill out the following forms according to your profile.
   1. Pilgrimage & Health form (everyone)
   2. Photo Release (everyone)
   3. Minor Travel Release Form (travelers under 18 years of age)
5. Pay the balance before the deadline.
